I am dealing with same scenario as Tania MCcash with County of Santa Clara I need protection and justice SoS . I been placed in the Law enforcement system marked as mental 5150 constantly harrassment intimidated by society. As well Police intimidation due to false arrest excessive force and I have Workers compensation disabilities My court charges redirect to mental court same as Tania Mccash. I lost a case vs CHP for sexual assault case dropped I have the discovery . Same like Tania system failed me… now County has label me I have to be evaluate for trial if I’m incompetent and as a victim of crime my employer County of Santa Clara failed me to take complaints seriously and violated my rights and was diagnosed as medical condition as per policy and procedures no discrimination . All this will place me in a medical institution per the reason I also have microchip implant and medical human expiriment by County . Is all a cover up the system’ is Evil tours mental disable people . They want the police to finish the job when in reality society kills not the police. I am afraid I won’t meet my grandbaby on October 10 , 2021 ..
